Kiara Health is building the infrastructure that makes fertility care personalized, proactive, and accessible. Rather than replacing fertility clinics, Kiara sits upstream, helping individuals understand their reproductive health before they enter expensive clinical pathways while supporting providers with actionable insights throughout the journey.
At the core of the platform is an AI-powered Fertility Intelligence Engine that synthesizes clinical history, lifestyle, biomarkers, laboratory data, and evidence-based guidelines into individualized fertility insights and care recommendations. These insights power a personalized marketplace connecting users with the right providers, diagnostics, supplements, devices, and coaching, creating a continuous, data-driven fertility journey rather than a fragmented collection of disconnected services.
Over time, every interaction enriches a longitudinal reproductive health profile, enabling increasingly personalized recommendations while creating a scalable infrastructure for clinicians, digital health partners, and fertility companies.
Why?
Despite rapid innovation in assisted reproductive technologies, fertility care remains largely reactive. Most people spend months, or years, navigating fragmented information across Google searches, online communities, fertility clinics, laboratory testing companies, supplement brands, and individual specialists before understanding what steps they should actually take. By the time patients reach a reproductive endocrinologist, many opportunities to optimize fertility through lifestyle, metabolic health, male fertility, nutrition, or preventive interventions have already been missed.
At the same time, clinicians are overwhelmed by increasing patient demand while lacking tools that combine diverse data sources into meaningful, personalized guidance. Fertility care has become increasingly specialized, yet the patient experience remains highly disconnected.
Kiara addresses this fragmentation by creating a unified intelligence platform that translates complex reproductive health data into personalized recommendations that evolve. Instead of asking patients to navigate dozens of disconnected decisions, Kiara provides a coordinated pathway that spans education, diagnostics, coaching, clinical care, and ongoing optimization.
What differentiates Kiara?
Kiara Health is building a full-stack fertility platform with multiple, complementary revenue streams across the patient journey.
It starts with coaching and personalized insights, then expands into the 90-day program, connecting patients with marketplace partners and providers. Kiara Health has already signed partnerships with Mira, Levels and Natera amongst many others, bringing hormonal, metabolic health and genetics into the ecosystem.
At the next layer, Kiara Health’s advanced model integrates multimodal data including clinical history and lab work to deliver increasingly personalized insights and higher-value care.
Finally, Kiara Health is expanding into pre-IVF services and diagnostics, creating an opportunity to engage patients earlier and participate in a larger share of the fertility care journey.

Who is the team behind Kiara?
Kiara Health is led by co-founders Milan Chavarkar (CEO) and Priyanka Vaidya (CPO/CTO), a team whose complementary expertise spans clinical care, technology, and healthcare innovation.
Milan is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three decades of experience caring for patients across community and integrative healthcare settings. As the founder and CEO of Lotus Health, she has spent years helping individuals address the root causes of chronic conditions through personalized, whole-person care. Her firsthand experience supporting patients through fertility challenges revealed the gaps in today's fragmented reproductive care system and the need for more proactive, accessible guidance. Milan is actively involved in the startup and venture ecosystem as an LP in funds, including Coyote Ventures, as well as a trusted startup advisor to many maternal health and fertility companies.
Priyanka brings deep experience building and commercializing digital health products, with a background in product strategy, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, and scaling innovation from concept to market. Most recently, Priyanka co-founded Delfina Health, a maternal health platform that’s raised over $17M. Priyanka is a Venture Partner with Coyote Ventures, where she assists in evaluating startup opportunities for investment.
Together, they combine clinical insight with technical and commercial execution, bringing a rare ability to translate complex reproductive health data into a technology platform that empowers both patients and providers. We believe this combination of domain expertise, product vision, and execution uniquely positions them to build the intelligence infrastructure for the future of fertility care.
How is Kiara changing fertility care?
Historically, fertility care has been centered around treatment. Kiara shifts the focus toward prediction, optimization, and personalized guidance. By combining AI with evidence-based clinical pathways and human expertise, the platform helps individuals understand modifiable factors that influence fertility before entering costly interventions such as IUI or IVF. The platform also supports male fertility, LGBTQ+ family building, egg and sperm freezing, and fertility preservation, making personalized reproductive care accessible across diverse family-building journeys.

Going forward: Vision
Kiara is building the operating system for reproductive health.
What begins as fertility intelligence can ultimately evolve into a longitudinal reproductive health platform spanning fertility optimization, IVF preparation, pregnancy risk prediction, maternal health, postpartum care, and menopause. As the platform expands, its intelligence engine will continue learning across multiple reproductive life stages, enabling increasingly personalized recommendations while supporting clinicians, researchers, employers, and healthcare systems.
