Improving patient health outcomes, bringing great products to market, and making great teams succeed is what has made me get up in the morning. Over the last 13 years, I have built programs, teams, and culture across the pharmaceutical and technology sector in France, Australia and the US - most recently launching the US business for an Australian digital health startup as the first employee and building the business + team to 50 employees. I've led program and product launches from pitch to maintenance, working cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders to drive results.
